ohhh,because now is the school-days,especially in university sleep is less than before.i have only 6 hours to be sleeping break.sometimes i feel tired...

usually 8-9 hours for me ... it depends .. if i sleep earlier then i'll need less time to sleep .. weird... i can just sleep for 12 hours if im sleeping late the night before ... why is this so???

school days: 10 - 6, about 8 hrs

weekends: around 2 sometimes 3 to like 12 sometimes 1.

It really depends what Im doing, if I have school, I usually go to bed around 12:30 and get up around 7:50 (I live close to school ) But on weekends of midterm breaks (Like now) I will stay up till around 3-4 and then get up at 11-12
Sometimes If I stay up all night and then I fall asleep at school...

Sometimes 1-5 hours, sometimes 10-15. I dunno, I go to bed when I feel like it(no, doesn't mean when I get tired, i dunno how many times I'm forced myself not to go to sleep....) and IF I feel like it.

So yeah it can be from 1 to 15 hours...heh.

During school I usually sleep 5-7 hours(about 6 hours).

Weekends I sleep 6-8 hours.

I hear that If it sleeps for 10 hours or more, the body will degenerate.
Is this true?Does anyone know about it?

It is not too short or too long.

Not degenerate, but regenerate. Check how tall are You before and after sleep. ;p

depends. i try to get as much as i can.

i work 15 days on, then i get six days off.

on my days off i sleep like 7-9 hours or so.

when i'm working... never more than 7 but usually less than 5, less than 3 sometimes

and if any of you know anything about oil field work, you can imagine it's not easy

on school nights i got to bed at like 12:00 after family guy then i gotta get up at 5:50 to get rdy for school, but on weekends i love it, its wut gets me to complete the week of school i probably sleep 15 hours on weekend each night, uggh its great

I sleep about 8-10 hrs (normal for ppl) or sometimes, 4-8 hrs (under the avg.)
