I think Im the only one that likes Runescape
 ... Im playing it for about 3 month and have good results in it. I understand thous people who says they hate or dislike runescape but this game is popular because u dont need to download big files to play (that why bad graphics) and you only need good internet to play it... If any people is still playing it please say me your nick so i can meet you in the game.

Plus, a bad game wouldn't have lasted the 6 years RS has! lagg has nothin to do with dialup, its ur comps. i have 36k connection and i run the game fine, and i never lagg. i also never play its good if ur bored at work and no1 is looking but other than that its a good game for kids and i think thats about it. but to be fair the members version is very VERY adicting. plus u gotta apreciate the genious of programming a game in java that dosnt look like shiit. i thinks it in java anyway, could be flash?

I used to play runescape so much a while ago and then I got a couple new pc games and thought, wow this game really sucks! no just kidding.. I just got really bored of its graphics and bored over the whole game and its combat system and stuff.. All in all a huge waste of time and if your a member even bigger waste of time and money.

i dont see how people can stay addicted to such a poorly designed game
the graphics are 2d paper pieces, the items are like eggs.., the monsters are plain *BLEEP* if they play it because its free, they should switch to like ragnarok online, which is free and 3d! http://kkro.net =p |

I will never like Runescape ever !!! My sister plays far too much and I don't really see the point of moving a character around with those horrid graphix

I am ashamed to admit it, but I played Runescape a while back.
I dislike all MMORPGs right now, but I was interested at the times. For a free browser-based game it's pretty decent, but the whole game is horrible. There are a lot of people who try to cheat and scam people. It's also very laggy at times. I can't imagine anyone who would pay money to be a "member" in that game. |

I too am a RS hater. I played it for a little while because all of my friends were into it, but there's nothing to do except for work on your stupid little skills. There isn't even a storyline! The paid version isn't much better either, although you do get to play some fun mini-games. Hopefully, it will go out of style like all MMORPGs eventually do.
