I have been looking for a good webhost and I found one in Trap17. My previous ones, Digital Pulse, Freewebs, Bravenet, Lycos, Yahoo ... etc all lacked the things I wanted in a webhost, that is functionality and stability. Trap17 gave me all that and it had everything, good customer support, everything you ever need in a webhost and above all full CONTROL. Many webhost don't give you full control when it comes to MYSQL databases and all, allowing you only 1 MYSQL database without any owner permissions.
The only drawback is the posts needed to keep the site up. But hey! The community is full of helpful people and the topics are ever so interesting, so there is no reason to see posting a responsibility. It is so great that you will love it, and you wouldn't even know that all those posting was for your site. JOIN TRAP17 NOW |

WOW what can I say... Its simply amazing.
So, you're thinking yeah, its good, but then when things go wrong there is no-one to help. WRONG. The support is literally the best throughout any company I have experienced. Your help request via email, or whatever method you choose will be answered within half an hour AT THE VERY MOST and if you send it the night before you will recieve support from 7:00 in the morning. This is no pathetic support either. They get the job done. Fast. Professional. Just like their entire webhosting service. Unbelievably good Stuff. James M. |

Im not hosted yet but the credit system sounds great. A good way to get feedback, recommendations for enhancements, and make sure people stay active and don't waste the server's space.

this site sounds great! i found in about 10seconds (google search:"best mysql host") and BAM found this site. i worked with other forum sites, but they were too limited to what i needed. as soon as my host#2 app gets approved, ill report on how well the hosting is.... good forums anyway
