Just buy one for $4 a year. Check out this website. http://www.domainsarefree.com/ Basically, just register the domain and then point the DNS servers to your webhost.

i m not sure but now.nu is also a good place i tried domainzero.com they fooled so many peoples. anyway try .tk it is good one.

i do know one place i searched for free domains in geocities (yahoo) and it showd me this site were you could get free .com domains but... you had to sign up to all these companies like ebay and stuff like that and then each time u do that you get a certain amount of points u had to get 100 pint for a free .com but it was for only 1 year. Still cool though.
