Great tutorial! I was going to ask my Uncle or my cousin on how to build one but now i think i will just go buy REALLY crappy parts and throw one together.
Also would you recommend any REALLY cheap parts? |

hey, nice tutorial, a shame there's not any images with the steps, or image thumbnails so the dumber users, like myself, can understand this double dutch
Looks good nevertheless. Thanks for sharing |

How about the price tag for someone looking to build their own computer? I know it would vary, but what about the essentials? How much would the descent essential parts cost?
I've thought in passing the idea of building my own computer, but I've always overlooked the fact that I can buy one already assembelled, requiring limited effort from me |

I guess floppy drives are quite useful in countries like mine (Mexico). The thing is that we still have the same old PCs at work, school and home.
I also guess that you have to think what exactly you're gonna use your PC for. This is for making a global examination of what exactly you're gonna need for that. For example, if you want to use the PC only for checkin emails purpouses, then you do not need that much RAM, but if you think of making some web and graphic design and video edition, then you'll need more and more RAM... Cheers!! |
