How To Remove 4 Different Msn Messenger Virus's

My MSN is sending messages to other people who are in my contact list, even though I am not sending any message to them. The following message is going to them:

"tell me what you think of this. I Made it in photoshop. Do you think its too green?"

Then ask them download this file "photo-791.Zip"

I think I have the W32.Aplore@mm virus, but I don't see any explorer in StartUp. What do I look for now?

msn virus question
How To Remove 4 Different Msn Messenger Virus\'s

Replying to GM-University hi- my msn virus is little bit different. I don't know what is causeing it but one of my friends from the contact list was spreading this random links to me numerous times. I immediately noticed that it was a virus so everytime I receive the link, I just x'ed out from the chat box. I never clicked onto the link but my friends from the contact list are now asking if I was sending out these links. Is it possible for me to get the virus even if I never clicked those links??

I was following your direction but mine does not have one of those things that you told to delete. But I found wierd thig on my messenger sharing folder. It has a folder saying "BRANDS" I just deleted that (also from my recycle bin) but I'm afraid that its gonna pop up again? does that have something to do with virus?

I scanned the virus protection software but it doesnt hay I have a virus. Do I have a virus?
