Hey, Ive just recently started a noob runescape clan It's called ~OTFN~ or Operation Task Force Noob This clan is centered around Just haveing fun it is completely new, it's mainly for low lvl noobs like i use my lvl 9 noob (i have a main) feel free to cheak my clan site out
