I know HTML pretty good, and I know javascript decent. I think I want to make a text-only game, and I want to know what people would like in a game or what type of game to make. If the game would require me to learn PHP, then I could probably get into it a little bit, but not too much. Any suggestions?

with what your asking java won't cut php might but that requires to many scripts my suggestion would be is look at muds and contact the webmaster and see what they use

Can you explain to me what muds are? PHP seems like the best way to make an online game to me. |

I wanted to ask the same question, I didn't know what to use. The thing is, I know no php or anything. Well, I know some but I couldn't code something by myself...
I wanted to make a game like the army system. Well, guess I go learn some PHP! |

I'm starting to learn PHP, but I haven't done anything in at least a week, because bboying is occupying most of my time. I've decided to learn PHP, and then see what I can do from there.
