Yes, that's correct, every few minutes or so, it'll minus off 0.01 credits, and in 24 hrs, it'll add up to 1.00 credits, so you really need to post...

For some reason, you can't seem to keep enough hosting credits (days you don't have to post) you can ask OpaQue and purchase hosting credits. I personally have not done so, therefore I do not know the rate which you can purchase.

If you are going away for a week and you only have 5 hosting credits, when you come back you'll see that it's -2 hosting credits. You then have to post enough to bring it back to 4 hosting credit before a server script kicks in to revive your suspended website.
