There has been someone with the same problem before me, but the topic is locked, so...
I'm not sure if my helpdesk ticket has been submitted, because I haven't recieved a confirmation e-mail. Anyway, I am having the same problem that the author of this thread. My domain is sleeping-ocean.com (externally registered). Can you please check it? sad.gif
Also, as soon as the problem is fixed I will upload a full cpanel backup from my previous site. To whom do I have to ask to restore it?
