I don't know why, but everytime I log on to my FTP, there are no folders to put anything in. My buddy has folders in his, but none in mine; what up with that?

the ftp or server is down i think, that might be the problem.

Make sure if you are using a browser (IE, firefox, AOL, etc.) and using ftp.you.xerox-hosting.com (or ftp.yourdomain.com) make sure you click the File button at the topof the browser and click the Login As button, use your username and password to login, then see if you are able to see the folders.
