Yes You read this right:
Syndicate Feeds Without a Site or Blog !

A dutch company called feedXs made this.

Now i Hear u say how well treough their website and MSN messenger LOL biggrin.gif

This is from their FAQ:

QUOTE
How can I publish my feeds?
Usually a feed is published by a website. FeedXS however, lets you create a feed without the need for a website. Once you have registered, you can create one or more feeds. All you have to do, is follow two steps:
Decide on a name for your feed, for example "My news"
Add articles to your feed.
FeedXS will now automatically generate a feed for "My news". Anyone who uses a feed reader, can now subscribe to your feed.

How can I update my feeds using MSN?
You must be a registered user to use this feature. Simply add msn@feedxs.com to your friendlist and open a chatwindow. After this, the FeedXS bot will guide you through the process. But to make sure, we show you the next steps below.
Type !auth (only needed the first time)
You will be asked to enter your FeedXS username and your FeedXS password
When you are authenticated, type !new to add a new article to your feed
FeedXS will ask you for the subject of your article and the article itself
If you have more than one feed, FeedXS will ask you to which feed you want to add the article
That’s it!
