was so glad My application for free hosting Package 2 was approved! I'm now at the cpanel site...you now http://yoursite.com/cpanel and I have noooo idea what to do next!! I want to make a site...I have a site saved in Frontpage...so does anyone know how to upload it or something...I've never did this before so I have no idea. I also would like to work with HTML....but how do I do this...I mean is there anywhere a place in the menus where I can upload it ?

I'd really appreciate anyone helping me. I couldn't find a help topic anywhere on the site...or FAq..

alright, firstly in order to upload file to trap 17 server you will need a ftp program such as cuteftp, winftp, smartftp. ftp programs also makes life easier, you can upload to the server straight away by hold and pull a folder or files to the program. those programs can be downloaded in the following sites:

im using cuteftp and smartftp at the moment, load of functions are good except they are not free but you can have 30 days free trial. however those ftp programs works quite similar, all you do is enter yoursite.trap17.com to the address box and your username and password that you used to login to cpanel in the username and password box and then press "enter" in your keyboard. once you have done that, you will get a messange say connected or something that in the log. at the point you can upload all your file that you want to be display in your website to a folder called public_html... we are finish our upload job now, you can go to your site and see the page now.........
