hi mods, figured i cant check my cpanal so i need a password reset. my user name is: modon.

I would be assuming your having problems accessing you account like other members have been posted about, you don't need a mod or admin to change your password, as you can do it right here. However, if you get a fail on resetting your password, then your account is affected in some way due to some server maintenance. So you want to go to www.xistosupport.com and include your account information such as: cpanel username, hosting URL, server name (gamma), that way tech support will be able to help you as fast possible.
