Well, I am currently looking after a program that can open files like .wav or .wma, and then save them as .mp3. My MP3 player can't play wav or wma files, so I need them in MP3. I know there are many free programs to do that, but I don't know which programs...
So, just load a wma or wav file, then save it as mp3. Can't be hard? Hope I get a reply soon

What you're searching for is a program that will convert programs from one formates to .mp3s.
If truefusion's suggestion doesn't help you, search google for an mp3 converter. Good luck! |

I use Sony's Sound Forge for that, it can convert .wav to .mp3, and a lot of other stuff too.

----but it's not freeware. how about windows media player 10?
if u burn your music to cd, then you can rip it back to mp3. use a rewritable cd, of course. |

try itunes, it's the best around. I do think they have one for the pc now not sure if your on a mac or a pc. Had no problems, adding wav's and other then converting them to mp3's.
