I don't know much about this site, but is this a good place to ask for a skinning? I need help making a skin (since I'm too much of a n00b ) and I was wondering if anyone here is good at making forum skins?

it depends of course on whether members could know what forum script you are trying to use. after telling us that, the least the members can do is point you to a relevant tutorial or resource. if you get lucky, and some have spare time on their hands, you can even request a debugging of the theme/skin you are having a problem with or perhaps make one for you.
