I created a new subdomain called azeem[below]
http://www.azeem.mbd5882.trap17.com/

I also created a ftp account with:
Username: azeem
Pass: [hidden]

at the bottem it said login @ ftp://ftp.mbd5882.trap17.com/
But it didnt work, I also tried,
ftp://ftp.azeem.mbd5882.trap17.com/
ftp://ftp.mbd5882.trap17.com/www/azeem/

None of thease work, Does anyone know how to create ftp access to it?

By the way, the ftp account was for the subdomain name azeem and had 2mb of quota.

OK, you have to setup your ftp correct...

I'm using smartFTP pro so those are the instructions I'm giving, you have to change it to fit you.

It's 3 settings you need to have:
1 is the ftp address:
2 Next is your username for the subdomain:
And third is your password. (You have to change it back to your own password again, I changed it to test that it's working correctly.

so change the password in your ftp manager..

You should considder putting notes in the c-pannel to help.

I don't think that's possible because cPanel is a software that trap17 purchased, and I do not believe cPanel is open source. However, you can go to http://cpanel.net to learn for about cPanel and its features.
