ok i need sonme help on the frontpage of my site....its horrible and i have no idea how to work it....and also on getting a new theme on my phpbb forums...i downloaded one just dont know how to load it onto it....yes i read the instructions at php's site.....so please comment on it also

i suggest you make the left hand menu a little bit larger so that "| Open in new Window | | Open |" fits on one line, or make it to where open is right below Open in new window.
and give it some pictures, like a logo, and color. black and white is pretty boring |

http:/funky-chickens.com there are a bunch of codes to add color to the site
to get rid of the side MENU, you need to go into the index.html page and either take off the CODE <frame src="toc.htm"> or go into toc.html and edit to to have whatever you want in it.... but if you want it off you have to go into index.html and remove CODE <frame src="toc.htm">
