Hi
I have to buy a present for a 14 year old kid. I know he has an xbox system but not too many games as his parents are a little broke right now. I want to blow his mind with a game that everyone has been talking about, but which one? I am a PC gamer and know doom 3 is on the xbox but is there anything better out there? I want to get him action, shooter stuff. Thanks again Patrick |

Well I was gonna suggest Doom 3, but since you said to suggest something else.. I would say.. go with Halo 2. Classic good game. Great graphics. Good gameplay. If he has Xbox Live then he can go online and play against other Halo 2 fans.

Yup. Halo 2's a good choice. Besides, D3 may be a little gruesome for a 14 year old, but I dunno, I've been playing games like that since I was like 6. =P

Of course you know of Halo, Halo 2, Halo 3.... surely that is good?? And try looking up some army X Box game. There is also a sweet game where you are in a plane called Crimson Skies so yeah, you should definetly check that out.
Although they are not shooting games, more cool games are Need for Speed, ATV, and Test Drive. DO NOT BUY THE NEW X-BOX GAME MEET THE ROBINSONS!!! SO STUPID!!! It really is. Pirates of the Caribbean comes to X-Box soon... and the Tony Hawk ones are cool. Hope this helped! |
