assuming that you are talking about web photo gallery - you can try slide.com or flickr.com

or are you talking about creating a site like Google.com - If you are then hats off to you smile.gif creating a site which will be competitor of google.com is not a joke atleast if you dont have enough money..only a person has a vision of future internet and who has got enough money or financial backup can think of beating internet Giant smile.gif

From what I can barely understand about your question, it seems to me you are looking for some different HTML generators perhaps. I myself have only used Macromedia Dreamweaver, and it works great. You can look up some other ones by searching for "website design program" and "html generator" on Google.
