i have a joomla site i have had up for a few months
and i thought about switching to postnuke or another cms when i install through fantasico they never work so i changed the permissions in the MySQL so it connects to the database and it still doesnt work i dont know why i used to be able to install multiple CMS systems with no problem now i cant get anything to work ...tried PHPnuke, postnuke, even xoops all say cant connect to database i change the permissions to all like in the joomla database and it still doesnt work i have postnuke install in downpour-online.com/news says problem with theme but it didnt work at all before so whats the deal? downpour-online.com thanks greg |

Can I have support ticket number ?
If you get error like "can't connect to server" and its persistent, we will frankly go out of business. Because most of the applications use mySQL and on every server we have more than 100 customers. :-/ Errors like Connection timeout, authentication errors can be understood.. This is not a regular issue which can be easily solved on forums. Please help me with ticket number. |

I see you are hosted on server ALPHA and the mySQL is working perfectly.
There might be an error in the fantastico configuration. I have posted a support ticket there and waiting for their reply. |
