Today I was checking my account, as my site forums were down, so I wanted to see the SQL server status or fix the mySQL database. On Cpanel it says I have 0/99 mySQL databases - which is really weird seeing that I have definitely had one for over a year blink.gif.

Anyone have any ideas? Or will I need to start from scratch?

don't panic. It'll come back once the SQL is back up.

Weird, I just checked and it says everything is up. But my board is down right now as well, and I am having the same problem as you. But it's happened before. Whenever whatever is messed up gets sorted out all of your stuff will be back to how it was before.

YA. This is what a MySQL hog up is.. Even though the remote ping uptime meters show that mysql is online, it is actually choked. So, its really very hard to detect such type of a downtime.

Anyway, We are improving our monitoring scripts to detect such outages.
