I'm looking for some software enabling multiple blog maintenance
(sign-up, creating user's blog, quota, rights, etc). I'm going to create a sort of blogs community for my friends.
Do you know if such software, ideally php/mysql, exists, or maybe it's a part of some package?

I've seen something that did this at hotscripts.com. I found it on accident and lost the link. It'll take you a while to search through all the scripts, but there is one.

Use b2evolution CMS. I think it could be the best solution for your query...
