I posted this here so that I didn't have to CC it to all admins etc...

I'm moving out of trap17 and to paid hosting, can I have access to my sites cPanel and FTP so that I can download a backup of everything before I go? My credits are at -9 so I cant login to either of them. Thanks.

A computer once beat me at chess, but it was no match for me at kick boxing.

That is a good question, and I don't have a good answer to it.
You most likely will have to wait for an Admin to answer that one and allow the permission to do so.
In light of the server migration and their busy schedules, it may take a day or two, so might I suggest you make some posts and restore your credits to the required number, then carry on with the access?

Everything is done, you can go to Cpanel-> backups and take a backup. smile.gif

After a nice 1 year 2 month of hosting at trap? you are leaving ?

Yes, thanks so much for everything! You guys were great.
But because my workload increased and because I'm administering a lot of different things right now I don't have the time to be more active here. I'll stop by every now and again though smile.gif

I'll also pm you Opaque or post something when I'm done moving everything so you can remove my hosting account.
