First you need to make a backup of all the files that make up your website. Most hosts provide a facility to do this if you log in to your control panel. If not, then you'll need to connect to your site with FTP and download all the files onto your computer and keep them safe. If you use a database or anything else like that then you will also need to download a backup of that.

Then you will need to earn enough credits to apply for hosting here at Trap17. You earn credits by posting, and you need a minimum of 10 to apply for an account. You also need to make sure your posts are good quality, well written, and you follow the rules. Check out the readme for all the information you need.

When you make your application you need to say that you intend to use the domain helpnowonline.co.uk If you are approved for an account then you will need to log in to your domain's control panel (this is completely separate from Trap17) and change the name servers to point to Trap17. The name servers need to be changed to:
ns1.trap17.com
ns2.trap17.com

Once you have done all that, you should be able to use your domain with your hosting. Just upload your files again and your website should be working.

there is also free hosting with a forced ad.....paid hosting with no adds i believe is less that $10 a year with computinghost if you on't want ads and you don't want to post to keep your website alive.
