Hi,
I am asking people to wish me luck again. A week today I am taking part in the TISKA Karate championships in the disciplines sparring (fighting), Kata and team Kata. Really excited but also pretty nervous about it all.

A couple of mates of mine went to Japan this year for the Karate world championships. I think one of them came 3rd or something.

Well, folks,
Thanks for all the good wishes. You'll probably be pleased to hear that I managed to get silver in Kumite and bronze in individual Kata. Not too bad for someone my age, I would say. |
