As you know, Alpha is one of our oldest server and its been about 2 long years since we have last touched or upgraded it. For our continued prosperous relationship, we want to offer you "a shift" to a faster Xeon Server.


There are no problems in the current configuration and you can choose to stay on the present server.


Please note the following points before you accept this proposal :-)


1. You should not make any Major changes for atleast 4-5 hours.
2. Some of your visitors might view the old version of your site for 4-5 hours.
3. NO Action/Backups are required from your part.
4. NO Configuration is required.
5. You will not lose any Emails.
6. If you have a forum, then there can be a post lag of 4-5 hours as some visitors might be accessing the old server.
7. Your site will NOT be down.

This is for only the PAID hosted members who are on ALPHA. Members of Trap17 are on GAMMA.

Anyway, the shift is done according to the member's convenience. Whenever they ask for teh shift we do it
