Mal's E-Commerce is an awesome free shopping cart site. You can change the colors on the cart and specify colors for items too. The problem is, the way you make the products is through editing links, so it can get tricky.

I used something similar and realy reccomend it www.oscommerce.com but the scripts needed some vigerous editing, very strange postage calculations
