In my FTP program I save all my settings for logging in to my site. So when I went to log in and it said the password was wrong I was pretty suprised. I don't remember messing with my log in information and I use the same password for basically everything. I need to know how to reset my FTP password. Can anybody help?

Your main FTP login account is the same as your cPanel login information.
If you can access your cPanel and you cannot with FTP, it is likely that your FTP software or FTP account is suspended, somehow. Check to see if you can login to your cPanel with your information. If so, try FTP in later time. If this is regarding your subdomain FTP, simply assign a new password by deleting the existing FTP sub-account password and reassign it. |

It seems I can't log into cPanel either. I've been working and I've gotten over 10 credits, so can you provide me with the link to change my cPanel password?
