If I well remember I had 15 or 16 credits when I stopped my webhosting acc. Now I have 10. o.O

What is going on?

Looks like the server still thinks that you are hosted. And since that part of the server is the part affected by the recent cPanel upgrade, it may be a few days before it gets sorted out.

Also, if you are no longer 'Hosted', there is no advantage to having the credits unless you plan to re-instate your Hosting status.
How did you terminate your Hosting? Using the Termination script?

When you terminate your account you go back to the members usergroup which you haven't yet so I guess the part of the server with the Cpanel issue also thinks you still are hosted. Your credits would be reset to 2 or so anyway so you are losing credits you won't have anyway. Hopefully it'll be fixed though and you'll be back to member status.
