I just got my new paid hosting account setup and tried to login but it failed on the very first attempt. I've emailed support but with no response yet. I don't understand how I can get a confirmation email that says my account has been established but I cannot login.

There are two login information. One is for account purchase login (via ComputingHost) and the other is for your cpanel. Your cpanel login information is emailed once your account is successfully established.

Which login are you referring to, ComputingHost login or cpanel login?

My issue was resolved. I was told there was an issue of billing sending out emails before the accounts were actually processed/created. All is well now.
