I've got a free account at oc.xerox-hosting.com
i can access the site through ftp, and i can go to the cpanel.
once in there, i can't do anything. i have no permissions, can't create folders, can't upload files, nothing. I tried launching fantastico, it says "no input file specified".
going through ftp, i get this error: "Sorry, we were unable to read"
i've looked through the forums, but the threads say to click the fantastico icon. since i can't do that, what can i do?

try http://oc.xerox-hosting.com:2082/frontend/...stico/index.php

if you changed your cPanel theme or its different replace rvblue with the theme name if it doesnt work send a support ticket
