You can always take a video with the camera, upload the video to your computer, and submit to YouTube, If that's what you're asking.

i believe Russell is thinking in terms of live video streaming with his digital camera... am i correct, Russell? i'm not just familiar with the digital camera model, nor if it can support such feature just like mobile phones nowadays which can convert itself to be used as a webcam by installing a third party application.
