im not sure if this belongs here, but im sorry if its not suppose to be here.

i was wondering if i get my sub-domain changed to a diffrent sub-domain name, will all the content in my previous name will get deleted? or it gets all transfered over?

when you say content, do you mean for say you have a forum set-up, and your asking if the URL's that you set the forum up with will change with it?

if that is the question the asnwer if no, they will not you need to go in ans change them yourself.

If what you're asking is regarding URL links would change over from your old sub-domain to new sub-domain automatically? No.

You must go through your pages manually and change all your old sub-domain URL to your new sub-domain.

Since this is a topic for Sub-domain question , let me ask somes.If I want to change my sub-domain name by requesting , how to delete the old one (I don't need it anymore) ? I want to delete all the folder and files and everything under the old sub0domain , how to do that ?

Thank you , but I need to delete all of them , I want to re-creat all info in the new domain.Is there anyway to do that ? Please answer me , thank you.

Protoman,

You only get one sub-domain from Trap17. If you're refering to sub-domain that you created using your cPanel (i.e. name.yoursite.trap17.com), all you need to do is delete those sub-domains and delete the folder created during sub-domain creation.
