I went to the process page and wanted to change the cpanel password because I forgot it. So I entered the information about the new cpanel password etc... But when I clicked submit the new page said: ''cannot continue...'' I don't know what to do. Please help!

First of all, do you have enough credits? It will cost you 10 credits and you still need some left over so that your hosting isn't suspended.
And did you use forum login and password before you set your new cPanel password? |

Yes BH I have enough credits, besides I requested a free web hosting account of package 2, and I was accepted by you, so I created the free web hosting account. And I double checked the username and password of the forum while resetting the cpanel password.
I tryed changing the password at least twice. |

Hadi,
First of all, you have not activated successfully since your cPanel name does not exist and your account shows you have not activated or you have terminated your hosting account. You can only change cPanel when you are HOSTED member group. Your group is currently Members. Secondly, you will never use "Trap17 The Admin" logo other than actual Admins of Trap17. Do not attempt to place my icon in your profile again. This will be the only and last warning. |

Thank you BH fo the great help you have provided me with. I'm extremely sorry for putting that logo in my profile. I honestley didn't knew that doing such a thing is forbidden.

Hadi,
I don't know if you are aware but you still haven't activated your free web hosting account. Until you have successfully done so, your topic cannot be resolved, as in changing password for your cpanel, since non-hosted members do not have cpanel setting to change in the first place. Until you are in HOSTED member status, this topic is closed. |
