Hey I am starting a Diet and I was just wondering if anybody knew how much Calories is in a tee spoon of sugar. Does anybody know?

I think roughly 1g sugar = 4 calories. So if we consider 1 tea spoon contains 5g sugar, the total calories will be 20 calories.
