hi, anyone knows a software to make my computer understand different languages? I need russian on my computer, because i only see symbols and question marks.. That is for programs though, not internet..

If u're using WindowsXP, you can go to control panel -> Regional/Language Options, and in the Advanced tab, modify the ununicode-application's language will work.
