Anybody knows how to help? I'm getting this error when upgrading from IPB 1.2 to IPB 2: Warning! The following errors must be rectified before continuing!

I figured I had to change the folder attribute to access, read, write for all the users. It was CHMOD to 0777. But another thing: The net disconnected while running the installer, and I now get an error. So I'm trying to reupload the necessary files. So will it work? If not, I had pressed the backup button in the admin cp before upgrading, and I have it as a Zip file. So could this help me?
