Keep getting this error:

did you install it from the cpanel ,
or did you do it urself?

you need to chmod it as it says in the install file...

Chmodded myself...but theese were the only files to CHMOD to 777...
* "./screenshots" folder
* "./downloads" folder
* "./cfg/conf_downloads.php"
* "./lang/en/lang_downloads.php"

or do i have to chmod these too?..

* "screenshots" folder to ./screenshots (or you can create a different folder to host your screenshots)
* "downloads" folder to ./downloads (or you can create a different folder to host your uploaded files)
* "install/img/dlbutton.gif" to ./install/img/dlbutton.gif
* "install/img/dlheader.gif" to ./install/img/dlheader.gif
* "ips_kernel/class_downloads.php" to ./ips_kernel/class_downloads.php
* "lang/en/lang_downloads.php" to ./lang/en/lang_downloads.php
* "sources/downloads.php" to ./sources/downloads.php
* "sources/filecp.php" to ./sources/filecp.php
* "sources/admin/ad_downloads.php" to ./sources/admin/ad_downloads.php
* "sources/admin/ad_dfields.php" to ./sources/admin/ad_dfields.php

make sure that your doing all things the right way it says in the install file.
you need to chmod some files to 755 but i dont know wich anymore...
