The program is easy to find with Google.
An other question is how to use this program. Why do we need it ? Since all requests have your IP adress, otherwise they can't send an answer. So your IP adress is always on the other side, or you have to use one of more proxy servers in between. |

kdr_98, not if the proxy server is anonymous, and not public proxy servers as it is with almost all the ones shared in popular websites for that purpose, which all, by the way, record your real ip for security/legal purposes.

I wouldn't use hide IP or hide IP Platinum because some of the proxy servers are from other countries and arn't compatible with the english websites. It also slows down my lan connection alot so think of what it would do to dial-up.
Why would you want to hide your ip anyway unless your 1. Doing something illegal 2. Being stupid on forums and think your invincible because no one can ban you 3. Bypassing certain download servers 4. Reg more than once when your not supposed to 5. your paranoid (don't mind the horrible spelling  )
