Hi. Im starting to work with PHP on my site. I use macromedia dreamweaver to create my site and now i want the site to be a little more 'advanced'. Does anyone know were i could get a tutorial on starting work for the first time with PHP. Just something simple for now please. If anyone could give me some tips to working with PHP that would be great to

well, first, download the official documentation. it's not too useful if you begin, but you always find a something new an dyou don't know what it is, so you can see there.
also, there is a "Simple Tutorial" in it, but I've never read it. download it from php.net. then, a good tutorial for starters... there is a very basic one in W3Schools, which I had began to read once but couldn't finish it. i think it's good. good luck, Andy PS: If somebody needs a good PHP tutorial in Spanish, I can suggest many! |

Hello friend! i'm learning PHP as well! Well i did a little research and If what your interrested is in making a database managed website why dont you try http://php.about.com/od/phpbasics/ss/phpbasics.htm this site tell you from a to z how to make a really cool website using PHP and Mysql. Really i'm not joking they even tellyou how to install and configure the softwares! Why don't You try It!
