I'm glad you got something out of them, but from a quick look, there's loads better resources out there.

visiting those site is one way to learn but the greatest way to learn is to experiment with css... dont mind eperimenting with xhtml becuase there is so little to learn about it
anyway... experimenting with css is fun specialy using it in layouting instead of using tables |
