How about posting the full article or link to it? A snip from an article does not provide with a full information to conclude.
However, by the content, they are tallying the total bandwidth *within* Taiwan's own backbone--intranet. Where the international traffic--visiting internet sites--total shows 97GB/s. But unless seeing the full article, this is only a part of a conclusion. |
