Since the server change, my site, pandoratreasures.com doesn't load. My old IP address was 64.69.36.223
The email about the change said:

Where Do I Find The New Ip Addresses ?
===============================

The list of main shared ip are given here :-

Servername : Old IP : New IP

there was no link. Can someone point me to the right location?
Thanks.

Make sure that your DNS are:
ns.computinghost.com
ns2.computinghost.com

AND NOT
ns1.computinghost.com
ns2.computinghost.com

Thanks for the reply. Remember you are talking to a total newbie here. I found the link for new IP's
http://www.xistosupport.com/index.php?_m=n...s&newsid=21

Old: 64.69.36.223
New: 208.87.243.98

But if I type http://208.87.243.98/cpanel
I get this message:
Invalid license
Main IP Address: 208.87.243.98
CPanel Version: 11.18.3-RELEASE_21703
RVskin Version: 8.38

Note: Server administrator can run perl /root/rvadmin/convert_theme.pl to switch users to other skin such as X skin while waiting for the resolution.

Where do I go to change the DNS, if I can't log in?

You need to change it on your domain registrar.
For example, you have your domain registered at namecheap.com
Log in to your namecheap.com account, and change the DNS from there.

I found the link in an email from Computinghost, logged in to that, but the new nameservers were already in place. Any other ideas?

If the nameservers are right and the servers are running, why can't I access my site or control panel type typing either:
the name: pandoratreasures.com
or the IP : 208.87.243.98

I checked your DNS.
It shows 3 DNS, it should be only 2.
the first one ns.computinghost.com
and the second ns2.computinghost.com

results from here

I got the domain through computinghost.com. At the managment link:
http://xidomains.com/

the nameservers only list 2,

Name Servers
Name Server1 ns2.computinghost.com
Name Server2 ns.computinghost.com

Will the third, the old nameserver expire, or does it need to be removed somewhere?

Kevin, I really appreciate you helping me out.
