I would like to close my hosting account because I am moving to a new paid host but I am unsure how to close the account so that if I need to in the future I can open it without having negative credits.
(I realize that all my info from my site will be wiped and if I reopen it will be from scratch and Ill probably need to get the 30 creds again and what not) |

go to that link and terminate your hosting. Credits will be reset to zero automatically. And, yes, you will need to earn more credits and re-apply in the future if you decide to get hosted again. Good luck with your paid sites. |
