My website is hosted with computinghost.com, and it came with shell access, i was wondering if i could run a unreal tournament server from it

You need dedicated game servers for running games which are heavily tweaked for gaming. The regular server wont give good performance with high traffic. Besides, the ports might be blocked for security reasons.
