Hi, can i have all the FTP files reset so i had all the same i started with before any modifications
i made some problems and installation of sumthing wont work |

So you pretty much want your hosting account wiped clean. So there are no files but the standard stuff, that comes with your account. You need to be more specific if you want them to do it.

Did you create a backup of your files? This is the best thing to do! Create backups using the feature in your cPanel, this will act as a system restore for your site in case of any errors in the future

when u get ur first FTP you get a few files, i want those back, because i wont work without em, i unno why

Laos, as a spam patrol you're posting gibberish posts by not typing words correctly. Please use proper English words and complete sentences.
And first of all, the rule of any support is that you have to identify completely what you situation is. Are you asking all files under your root directory, such as /public_ftp/, cig-bin, email etc? Or are you asking for all files under /public_html folder? Make your post clear and to the point so that others can help you. If you have deleted something that you should not have, the only way to get it to working as if it was from the beginning is to terminate your hosting and start all over. |
