Just stumbled upon this site(Home PC Links), and although it does much the same thing as many other sites (ie offer downloads of free software), I like it for a couple of reasons; Firstly, as it only features some of the essential software people are looking for it is quick to use and you don't have to go through 1000's of pages to see what they have. Secondly, they also offer all this software on a CD, so that those like myself that do not have broadband yet, can get this stuff without spending hours downloading. (CD was delivered quickly too).
From reading the About Us page, it seems this site has only been going for about a year or so, and although I have only re-visited this site a couple of times since getting the CD, they do seem to have added more stuff, so seems to be updated fairly regularly. |

That's a pretty nice site. I like how on the front page everything is nice and organized. It's nice to see little descriptions on each as well. The site itself could look better but it isn't really about the site but what they offer. I added it to my bookmarks in case I need stuff. I might look into downloading IE 7. Sort of convenient to have the stuff in one place.
