Hey all,

I checked out the Hosting Credits FAQ and did not find a explanation to my problem so I am posting here:

My account was recently suspended due to negative hosting credits. As requested I increased my balance to more than 4 credits. I have had approx. 7.1 credits for about 10 hours now, and my account has still not be reactivated. I noticed in the FAQ that once accounts are back to a positive 4 credit balance, they are automatically reactivated. It does mention that it can take longer due to server load though.

Is there server just under extremely heavy load today? Or am I missing something about reactivating my hosting account?

Its not the server recently the credit system got updated and quite a few people who had suspended account got hit but this bug in which the reactivation script wouldn't kick in. This topic covers that situation, and thus thats the situation your in. So drop a ticket to www.xistosupport.com saying that your account got affected by the credit script upgrade and it needs to be manually reactivated, and also use the report button to let the admin know about it as well and that way you will get your account quickly reactivated.
