Well an easy way is to use "My Network Places" in Windows and do Add a new networkplace > Choose another network location > www.your-site.vaio-hosting.com

Go to your Php-Nuke directeory in "My Network Places" and extract all the html files form the downloaded theme into the "themes" folder. After that then go to your site and go to preferences and chage the theme to the one u uploaded and and you might have to change the theme in "My Account"

just download some good themes from http://www.nuke-themes.com/ upload them in youre theme map and then select it in you cp smile.gif
